Responsibilities
- Cook offload of materials and ensure accuracy of material weights.

- Coordinate loading of material with proper weight distribution.
- Ability to give clear instructions to other team members.
- Basic ability to navigate within the company database.
- Proficient in receiving or shipping of domestic and international materials.
- Initiative to develop materials knowledge using the tools and resources provided.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
- Maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of scale equipment and the dock areas.
- Complete daily reports, maintain logs, spreadsheets, and other records, as assigned.
- Other duties assigned with flexibility to work in other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as a team, in a safe and efficient manner, and to follow safety policies and procedures.
- Adherence to health and safety regulations - Ability to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work or visit within areas where it is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience working with computerized scale systems and other similar software and equipment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated person with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
- Attentive to detail and alert at all times to ensure safety.
- Maintains safety as high priority in all aspects of responsibility.
