Job Summary
Perform various logistics and material handling duties including picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting to support Distribution, Shipping, and Receiving. Support manufacturing regarding filling/stocking component inventory and SAP transactions as needed. Maintain warehouse to assure efficient logistics.
Area Of Responsibility
- Pick, pack, and ship orders on a daily basis using SAP system to support customer requirements as well as meet company cost objectives
- Create required paperwork and ship product to internal and external partners
- Stock and stage warehouse for delivery of incoming materials using SAP system
- Issue requested material and components to manufacturing and packaging
- Afford assistance Material department as required in the expediting and rescheduling of material to meet or exceed company goals and objectives
- Perform periodic counts on finished goods inventory and work to resolve any inventory discrepancies
- Receive and log into SAP all incoming materials/product/deliveries
- Execute Good Receipts transactions for goods and services in SAP
- Perform data entry or paperwork to record inventory levels or shipping/receiving activity
- Distribute incoming materials to the appropriate department as required
- Follow ISO, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) procedures
- Maintain accurate records of Finished and Raw Material Inventory
- Package product for shipping
- Publish Finished Goods Inventory reports
- Afford assistance with loading or unloading materials/packages
- Operate forklift and other equipment with strong attentiveness to safety requirements
- Fill/stock production material for manufacturing as required
- Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
- Good physical stamina required in order to meet the physical requirements of the position

- Close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; depth perception; ability to focus
- Operate truck, forklift, scales, computer, office machines, hand truck, hand jack
- Lift up to 50 lbs

Education and Job Qualification
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Experience performing physical inventories and cycle configuration
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to use a motorized fork truck
- Current Driver’s License and good driving record required
- Exhibit a high level of integrity and honesty
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience preferred
- Basic reading, writing and math skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- MS word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint experience
Pay & Benefits
- The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $49,000 to $54,500.
- Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
- In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan.
