About the role

We are looking for a Materials Handler (Warehouse) who will be cross-trained in multiple facets of the production process. You will train others in a collaborative environment while meeting production goals and adhering to strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment:
    • Process orders promptly and accurately
    • Pick, pack, and ship products efficiently
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure orders are picked up on time
  • Inventory Management:
    • Support inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
    • Conduct regular cycle counts and update the ERP system
    • Coordinate with other departments
  • Quality Control:
    • Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects
    • Ensure items meet quality standards before loading them onto the truck
    • Document any discrepancies and collaborate with the team lead
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with team members to optimize warehouse processes
    • Communicate effectively with the assistant manager and team leaders
    • Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment
    • Practice safe working principles
    • Actively participate in continuous improvement
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Verbal communication skills to facilitate effective and efficient work production throughput
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Overtime will be required during peak production seasons

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to kneel, squat, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to climb OSHA-approved rolling ladders
