Materials Engineering Rotational Program

Participate in an engineering rotation program covering process engineering, production supervision, and technical services/commercial work. Build hands-on experience in a foundry environment while supporting continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Support safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvement initiatives.Analyze production and operational data to identify opportunities and drive corrective actions.Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve processes and performance.Apply engineering principles to troubleshoot and support day-to-day operations.
