Materials Buyer - Manufacturing

Role: Manufacturing Buyer Responsibilities Source and purchase materials, components, and services to support production schedules and customer commitments.Evaluate suppliers, request and compare quotes, negotiate pricing and delivery terms.Issue and track purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, and resolve shortages and delivery issues.Collaborate with production, engineering, inventory, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.Contribute to strengthening a reliable supply base and support rail infrastructure projects across North America.
