Schedule
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
- 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
About the role
The Materials Associate picks parts for assembly cells and helps maintain and stock inventory consistent with company policies and procedures. This role supports production by ensuring materials are accurate, available, and organized for assembly operations. The position requires attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to follow instructions accurately in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick parts for assembly cells accurately and efficiently to support production needs
- Maintain and stock inventory consistent with company policies and procedures
- Support accurate inventory movement, organization, and replenishment within the manufacturing environment
- Use basic computer skills to navigate systems and complete required inventory or production-related tasks
- Follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining accuracy with numbers, quantities, and part information
- Assist with cycle counting or related inventory activities as needed
- Operate or train to operate a forklift and overhead crane as needed
- Communicate effectively with company personnel and others to support production flow and inventory accuracy
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- At least six months to one year of related parts picking and/or cycle counting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic to intermediate PC skills, including the ability to navigate from one screen to another
- Microsoft Office knowledge, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work accurately with numbers and instructions, including basic math skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to problem solve
- Ability to be trained to operate a forklift and overhead crane as needed
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with company personnel and others

Pay
$20-$22/hour. Signing bonus available.
