Materials Associate, Full Time Night

Responsibilities

• receiving product
• delivering departmental supplies
• stocking inventoried supplies
• picking and staging supplies to fill par levels and departmental orders
• managing out-dates
• accurately and timely managing code carts and other critical procedure carts replenishment
• locating recalled items and process for return shipment
• maintaining departmental orderliness
• rotating stock
• cycle counting inventory
• annual physical inventory
• all other duties assigned

Shift Details

• Monday- Friday 11:00pm-7:30am

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, handle storeroom equipment, put away daily stock shipment
• Enters data in hospital Materials Management Information System
• Clean and disinfect medical equipment between patient use to assure it is ready for next patient use
• Able to assist with the daily movement of linen carts
• Able to operate a hand pallet jack
• Able to utilize various electronic devices for order taking
• May also be asked, from time to time, to work at other SLHS CS locations
