Responsibilities
- Performs on-site scanning of bins, cages, job trailers, or storage locations.
- Executes replenishment tasks, ensuring accurate stock levels and clean, organized setups.
- Maintains accurate documentation, including counts, exceptions, and replenishment logs.
- Serves as the on-the-ground representative ensuring reliability and service consistency.
- Supports installations, reorganizations, relabeling, and physical inventory as required.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as required for the role.
- Occasional overnight travel as business needs dictate.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in learning and using job-related software and mobile applications.
- Comfortable working in a field-based role with minimal desk time.
- Capable of remaining seated for extended periods of time while driving.
- Capable of performing repetitive lifting and other physical job duties on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and the capacity to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the electrical distribution industry or a related field.
- Prior exposure to material handling, inventory management, job-site support, or field service work.
Environment
The position is field-based, with work performed at customer locations, job sites, warehouses, and other assigned locations. Regular local travel between sites is required, with occasional overnight travel. The role involves a combination of driving, walking, standing, and hands-on material handling, with work conducted in both indoor and outdoor environments depending on location.
