The Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) team ensures the design, manufacture, and delivery of high-quality, affordable systems while maintaining efficiency, security, and sustainability.
As a Material Program Manager (MPM), you will oversee GSCM activities for ANTPY-2 Development and Sustainment programs, serving as the interface between Supply Chain and the Program. You will develop material strategies, manage forecasts, ensure cost and schedule adherence, and support financial and proposal efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Material Program Plans, Subcontract Management Plans, and other strategic planning tools
- Create and maintain Small Business Strategy across programs
- Maintain material delivery schedules to MRP commitments
- Support financial management reviews using Earned Value Management (EVM) through the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process
- Balance strategic thinking with tactical execution of supply chain strategies
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to align schedules based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Work with Supply Chain functions to address program needs
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively resolve program and functional issues
- Forecast material sales and meet commitments
- Lead budgeting and financial management efforts
- Obtain MPM certification level 4 within 1 year of hire
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Program, or Project Management
- U.S. citizenship (required for security clearance)
- Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance (required after day 1)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with MRP systems, including SAP
- Experience as a program or project manager

Pay
The salary range for this role is $86,800 – $165,200 USD. The final offer considers factors such as role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
