Material Planning Coordinator II- Weekend Day Shift (Full Onsite)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced supply chain environment. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, learn quickly, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Material Coordination: Manage the internal flow of materials, kits, and manufactured hardware to support manufacturing schedules and operations commitments.
  • Perform point-of-use inventory control and compliance, audits, cycle counting, and reconciliations on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Production Support: Execute kit releases, material movement support, and documentation maintenance to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
  • Support the movement and shipment of completed goods to stock, inter-facility, external sites, and internal/external customers.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; College degree or progress toward a degree in Supply Chain/Business fields is a plus.
  • Inventory management and production systems knowledge required.
  • Good understanding of MS Office.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • Experience with Oracle, PLM, Dataview, or Paperless (MES) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with manufacturing and inventory management tools such as Oracle, PLM, Dataview, Paperless (MES), or other related ERP/MRP systems.
  • Secret Clearance preferred.
  • Willingness to learn new manufacturing processes, quality, and inventory management skills.
  • Self-starter mindset.

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $46,680 – $74,687. Individual salaries are determined by factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
