Responsibilities

• Plan and order materials to ensure timely availability for production and manufacturing operations.
• Execute material requirements planning (MRP) and monitor inventory levels to support production schedules.
• Maintain accurate material and planning information in SAP, Kinaxis Rapid Response, or other ERP/MRP systems.
• Review supply requirements, identify potential shortages, and take proactive action to prevent production delays.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding material availability, delivery schedules, priorities, and capacity.
• Monitor and manage material changes to support business plans while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Coordinate material requirements with Operations, Planning, Marketing, Packaging, and Graphics teams.
• Analyze supply chain data, identify trends or gaps, and support effective planning and business decisions.
• Prioritize and reprioritize materials based on changing production schedules and business requirements.
• Support resolution of supply constraints, inventory issues, and potential customer service impacts.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and planning data while ensuring strong attention to detail.
• Participate in logistics, supply chain, process improvement, and other special projects as assigned.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain a reliable supply of materials.
• Use Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to analyze data and support supply chain activities.
