Also remove "Eaton believes in second chance employment..." etc. Also remove accommodation request phone number? That's maybe part of EEO? It's about disability accommodation; might be considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The accommodation request is likely part of EEO/legal; we should remove it. Also remove "Click here for more detail: Eaton Benefits Overview." That's a link; maybe considered boilerplate? It's about benefits detail; but we already have benefits section; we could keep mention of benefits overview? It's a link; maybe remove as it's navigation. Also remove "Please note that specific programs and options available to an employee may depend on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements." That's benefits detail; could be considered part of benefits section? It's more generic; but we could keep as part of benefits? It's not specific benefit; it's a disclaimer. Might be considered boilerplate; safer to remove. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include: - About the role? Could be a short paragraph summarizing role? The posting includes "What You’ll Do Eaton’s Electrical Sector is currently seeking a Materials Planner to join our 1st Shift team. This position is based at our Fayetteville, NC facility." That's about the role. Could be placed under About the role heading. - Responsibilities: list of duties from "In This Function You Will" plus maybe overview. - Requirements: maybe required qualifications? Could be under Requirements heading. - Qualifications: maybe preferred qualifications? Could be separate. - Skills: list. - Benefits: list. - Pay: hourly rate. - Schedule: core hours. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay and schedule. We need to avoid duplication. Ensure we don't repeat same info. Let's craft sections:

We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed those. Check for any duplicated content: The responsibilities list includes many items; we also have overview paragraph; fine. Check for any mention of "Click here for more detail: Eaton Benefits Overview." We removed. Check for any mention of "Please note that specific programs and options available to an employee may depend on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements." We removed. Check for any mention of "All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process." That's application instructions? It's about hiring process; could be considered application instructions; we should remove. The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should remove that sentence. Also remove "All candidates will be evaluated based on job-related competencies, and all candidates’ privacy rights and data security will be protected in accordance with applicable laws." That's also boilerplate/legal; remove. Also remove "We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities..." etc. Remove. Also remove "Eaton believes in second chance employment..." etc. Remove. Also remove "To request a disability-related reasonable accommodation..." etc. Remove. Also remove "We know that good benefit programs are important..." etc. Might be considered boilerplate; but we already have benefits section; the sentence is generic; maybe remove. We need to preserve all substantive information; the generic sentence about benefit programs is not substantive detail; it's fluff; we can remove. Now ensure we didn't lose any substantive info: The benefits list we captured includes all specific benefits mentioned: Health benefits and vacation time - available to use on day one of your employment! 80 hours of paid holidays Bi-Weekly pay Career progression opportunities to cross-train in different departments and increase compensation. Overtime opportunities Climate Controlled Retirement benefits Paid Parental Leave Educational Assistance Program, Wellness Reimbursement, and more! We captured those. We also captured "Climate Controlled" as "Climate‑controlled work environment". Good. We captured "Retirement benefits". Good. We captured "Paid Parental Leave". Good. We captured "Educational Assistance Program". Good. We captured "Wellness Reimbursement". Good. We captured "Bi-Weekly pay". Good. We captured "Career progression opportunities to cross-train in different departments and increase compensation". Good. We captured "Overtime opportunities". Good. We captured "Health benefits and vacation time - available to use on day one of your employment!" as "Health benefits and vacation time available to use on day one of employment". Good. We captured "80 hours of paid holidays". Good. Now check if any other substantive info: "Position may require overtime and flexing hours across several shifts." Already in Skills. "Strong math capabilities." Already. "Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills." Already. "Working Knowledge of MAPICS systems, Inventory Transactions, and Kanban System." Already. "Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure parts and components are delivered on time and meet quality specifications." Already. "Work with customers, suppliers, and transportation providers as required." Already.
