Responsibilities
- Managing inventory levels in coordination with the purchasing department
- Staging inventory for production runs and ensuring accuracy to reduce waste
- Assisting with setup of packaging materials on equipment
- Communicating with planning and scheduling teams for upcoming inventory needs
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship and be 18 or older
- Ability to read, write, and speak English, perform basic math, and operate data entry functions
- Capable of lifting 60-80 lb boxes consistently, with or without accommodations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to work in cold and physically demanding environments, including holidays and weekends
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain it
- Preferred qualification: High school diploma or GED
