We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warnings, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove walk-in interview details? The job description includes "Walk-In Interviews Every Tuesday and Wednesday 6AM - 8AM CDT Site Address:1274 Industrial Blvd, Jasper, TN 37347". That's likely part of posting but not core duties; but it's info about interview schedule. Should we keep? It's not part of duties/requirements/benefits/pay/schedule. It's more about interview. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Walk-in interview info is not exactly those, but could be considered application instructions? It's about interview schedule. Might be considered part of application process. Safer to remove? The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should remove that line. Also remove "Job Description" heading? Not needed. We need sections: About the role (maybe a brief description of company? The posting includes company description at start: "Cornerstone Building Brands is a leading manufacturer...". That's about the role/company. We can put that in About the role. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: maybe qualifications? The posting has Qualifications section with Education, Experience, Knowledge, Mental/Physical/Visual Demands, Working Conditions, Equipment/Tools Used, Safety. Could split into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Skills). So we need to decide what goes where. Likely Responsibilities = duties. Requirements = maybe experience/education? Qualifications = maybe knowledge/skills? Skills = maybe specific skills? Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Pay: Base Pay $19.50/hr plus $1.00 per hour shift differential Night Shift: 7pm to 7am, rotating 2-2-3 shift. Also mention Benefits Start Day 1 80 Hours Vacation On-Demand Pay Program. Schedule: Night Shift: 7pm to 7am, rotating 2-2-3 shift. Benefits: list: Benefits Start Day 1, 80 Hours Vacation, On-Demand Pay Program, plus later "Why work for Cornerstone Building Brands? Our teams are at the heart of our purpose... Full-time* team members receive** medical, dental and vision benefits starting day 1. Other benefits include PTO, paid holidays, FSA, life insurance, LTD, STD, 401k, EAP, discount programs, tuition reimbursement, training, and professional development." We need to preserve all substantive info. So combine benefits. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not create sections with no content. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

  • Good manual dexterity.
  • Accurate in keeping colors separate and recording weights.

  • Mechanically inclined.

Qualifications

  • Prefer ability to learn to work with computer systems.
  • Must be able to learn to safely operate forklift equipment (covered also in Requirements).
  • Must be able to learn to safely operate multi‑directional forklift.
But we may be duplicating. Perhaps better: Requirements = education/experience; Qualifications = knowledge/mental/physical demands; Skills = specific skills (computer, forklift, communication, math). Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Let's restructure: About the role: company description. Responsibilities: duties list. Requirements: education & experience. Qualifications: knowledge, mental/physical/visual demands, working conditions, equipment/tools, safety. Skills: specific skills (reading/writing/math, manual dexterity, color accuracy, forklift operation, communication, lifting, mechanical inclination). Benefits: list benefits. Pay: base pay + shift differential. Schedule: night shift details. We must avoid duplication but ensure all info present. Let's extract specifics: Education/Experience: "Education: High school graduate or G.E.D. Experience No experience required. Prior manufacturing experience strongly preferred" Knowledge: "Must be able to read, write and perform basic math skills as job duties require" Mental/Physical/Visual Demands: "Prefer ability to learn to work with computer systems. Must have good manual dexterity. Must be accurate in keeping colors separate, and recording weights. Must be able to learn to safely operate forklift equipment. Prefer ability to safely operate multi-directional forklift. Must have good communication skills and be able to interact with people. Must be able to lift 86 pounds maximum individually. Must be able to move 87-100 pounds with assistance. Must be mechanically inclined." Working Conditions: "Manufacturing plant environment with exposure to constant loud noise, temperature extremes, and dust. Position requires continual walking, standing, periodic pulling, heavy lifting, bending, reaching, and pushing." Equipment/Tools Used: list: "Blue bins; digital scale; forklift; split tail; scrap racks; safety glasses; hearing protection; gloves; calculator." Safety: paragraph about safe work performance, PPE, reporting unsafe conditions, legislative requirements, etc. We could incorporate safety into Qualifications or a separate section but we only have allowed headings; we could put safety under Qualifications as part of demands. Skills: maybe we separate out specific skills: reading/writing/math, manual dexterity, color accuracy, forklift operation, communication, lifting, mechanical inclination, computer systems. But we already have many overlapping. Given instruction to prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones, we could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section called Qualifications (or Requirements). But we need to follow allowed headings; we can omit some if not needed. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It's examples, not mandatory to include all. So we can choose subset. Thus we can have: About the role Responsibilities Requirements (education/experience) Qualifications (knowledge, physical demands, working conditions, equipment, safety) Benefits Pay Schedule That covers all info. Now craft HTML. Need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Cornerstone Building Brands is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Remove all EEO, scam warnings, CCPA, note to external recruiters, recruitment fraud, etc. Also remove "Why work for Cornerstone Building Brands?" paragraph? That contains benefits info; we already captured benefits elsewhere. But we need to preserve substantive info: benefits list includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, FSA, life insurance, LTD, STD, 401k, EAP, discount programs, tuition reimbursement, training, professional development. Also "Full-time* team members receive** medical, dental and vision benefits starting day 1." and "Other benefits include PTO, paid holidays, FSA, life insurance, LTD, STD, 401k, EAP, discount programs, tuition reimbursement, training, and professional development." plus earlier "Benefits Start Day 1 80 Hours Vacation On-Demand Pay Program". So combine. We must not include the footnote about *Full-time defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week. **Union programs may vary depending on collective bargaining agreement. That's substantive? It's about definition; could keep but it's not essential? It's info about benefits eligibility. Might keep as part of benefits. We'll include that note. Now Pay: Base Pay $19.50/hr plus $1.00 per hour shift differential Night Shift: 7pm to 7am, rotating 2-2-3 shift. Schedule: Night Shift: 7pm to 7am, rotating 2-2-3 shift. (We could mention shift differential in Pay, schedule in Schedule.) Now Benefits: list. Let's write Benefits as
  • ...
. Include: Benefits start day 1; 80 hours vacation; On-Demand Pay Program; medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1; PTO; paid holidays; FSA; life insurance; LTD; STD; 401k; EAP; discount programs; tuition reimbursement; training; professional development; Full-time defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week; Union programs may vary depending on collective bargaining agreement. Now ensure we didn't miss any duty: we included all duties. Now produce HTML. Check for any
