Material Handler – Warehouse | 1st Shift

Join Our Warehouse Team Looking for a hands-on role where you can stay active, work with a solid team, and build your warehouse experience? Sibanye-Stillwater is hiring a Material Handler to join our Warehouse team in Fairless Hills, PA. In this role, you’ll help keep our operations moving by receiving, staging, organizing, and transporting materials safely throughout the facility. Responsibilities

• Receive, move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, containers, and deliveries
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
• Weigh, label, verify, and document materials accurately
• Stage materials for production, processing, and shipment
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and cycle counts
• Inspect equipment before use and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Keep warehouse, storage, and staging areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety, security, environmental, and material-handling procedures
• Work with Warehouse and Operations teams to keep materials moving efficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or material-handling experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation due to limited public transportation access

Skills

• Basic math and computer/data-entry skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and a safety-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Starting Pay: $18.50/hour

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
