Material Handler/Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Every cue that leaves our facility reflects nearly 60 years of craftsmanship, innovation, and pride. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Material Handler / Shipping & Receiving Specialist to help ensure materials, inventory, and customer orders move efficiently throughout our operation.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and production items into inventory
• Process shipments and shipping transactions through company software
• Pick products and materials to fulfill customer orders
• Pack products to ensure safe and accurate delivery
• Operate a forklift and move materials throughout the facility
• Support inventory accuracy and material flow throughout production
• Assist with quality control activities as needed
• Tag cues, clean shafts, and support production operations as needed
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and secure work environment

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Forklift certification and operator experience required
• Ability to learn and follow established processes and procedures
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday
• Must be dependable and committed to quality and safety
