Job Responsibilities

• Supplies the production lines, and ensures that materials are accurately entered, and delivered on time.
• Organizes and stocks all material requirements for production operations utilizing First In/First Out.
• Ensures compliance to SWI for delivery routes.
• Constructs boxes for parts.
• Checks all full, acceptable boxes for proper bar code labels.
• Loads parts to the next stock location and ensures accuracy of inventory in CMS.
• Counts and labels all unused parts and returns to stock area.
• Inspects/accepts parts per work instruction/process book/procedures to ensure correct quantity, quality, and racking.
• Recommends proposals for improving production, processes, systems productivity, and work environment.
• Aware of Safety, Health & Environmental policies.
• Follows and supports LMV Automotive Systems and Magna’s operating principles, including:
• Magna Employee Charter – Operating under its principles by treating all associates equally, fairly with dignity and respect.
• Open Door Policy – Solves issues with two-way, open and friendly communication.

Education And/or Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:
• Ability to work well with others and build positive relationships.
• Ability to meet production requirements.
• Ability to comprehend written instructions.
• Ability to pass and maintain a material handling equipment license for tow tractors, forklifts, and any additional material handling equipment deemed necessary for the job.

Physical Demands

• Continuous walking or standing.
• Lift 50 lbs.
• Repetitive lifting of 35 lbs.
• Repetitive motion.
