Material Handler Rail C Crew (6:45PM-7AM 2/2/3)

The AZEK Company/TimberTech Wilmington division is seeking a Material Handler for the Prairie Avenue Facility. The Material Handler is responsible for staging and moving raw materials and finished products within the production environment. This position reports to the Production Supervisor.

Schedule

Night shift from 6:45 pm to 7:00 am on a 2/2/3 schedule, including work every other weekend.

Pay

Base pay $21.50+ per hour with a 10 % shift differential. Eligible for a $3,000 bonus ($1,500 at 3 months and $1,500 at 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to accident‑free operations and comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Move finished product for staging, packing, or shipping.
• Complete daily duties following workplace organization and efficiency methodologies such as TPM and 6S.
• Provide production support in staging bins, skids, and raw materials.
• Assist in recycling cardboard and other waste products.
• Perform daily maintenance check on forklift before each shift and operate forklift using safe procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision/management.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Forklift certification.
• Significant experience running an extrusion line.
• Meet qualification and certification requirements of TimberTech’s Training Resources and Knowledge (TRAK) program.
• Self‑directed, motivated, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Physical ability to push/pull/lift/manipulate 10 lb – 100 lb, stand for an entire shift, and perform kneeling, lifting overhead, bending, climbing, and crawling.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including very hot conditions.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.
