Material Handler - Production

Responsibilities
- Replenishing the forward pick locations remain stocked
- Cycle counts of inventory
- Organizing and maintaining stock locations within warehouses
- Consolidating overflow items to optimize warehouse space
- Auxiliary in small parcel and MTR shipping
- Operate all equipment in a safe and productive manner, following all company prescribed guidelines and safety practices
- Maintain clean and organized environment
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in shipping experience
- High School Diploma, College degree preferred
- Organized and detail oriented
- Beginner to Intermediate-level computer experience
- Ability to follow procedures methodically
- Forklift experience a plus
Qualifications
- Manual dexterity for working with small components
- Ability to complete repetitive motions for long periods of time
- Bending, continual lifting, lowering and carrying packages that typically weigh 25 - 50 lbs.
- Managing packages up to 150 lbs as well as standing/stooping for long periods of time
- Comfortable with heights and operating a large turret forklift after proper training

Availability
- Available to work scheduled hours and at least 2 Saturdays per month during peak times
- The typical schedule is 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Tuesday through Friday
- Overtime opportunities on Fridays or Saturdays may be available
