About the role

Responsibilities
- Drives and certifies on forklift, clamp truck, walkie rider, as well as other PITs, to move raw materials and finished goods.
- Reads and understands Bills of Materials and Bills of Lading.
- Complete BOLs for completed loads.
- Operate scan gun and JD Edwards system to locate and scan product into various product locations and to print bills of lading.
- Identify external customers by directing customers to appropriate doors, completing required paperwork.
- Troubleshoot shipping issues.
- Scan confirmed loads into Docushare.
- Communicate when live loads arrive.
- Demonstrate commitment to Iatric’s RRITE Values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.
- Ensure work is performed safely; safety‑sensitive role.
- Contribute to cooperative effort by performing other job‑related work as needed.
- Maintain product security standards to guard against introduction of unmanifested cargo.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Basic understanding of Supply Chain and Warehouse flow.
- Experience in Logistics (Warehouse Shipping and Receiving).
- Prior experience with forklift and powered industrial trucks preferred.
- Prior dispatch experience desirable.
- Prior experience with JD Edwards desirable.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of GMP, FDA, and OSHA regulations and guidelines a plus.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
Pay
$19.75/hour base wage, with opportunity to increase wage through pay‑for‑skill program; overtime available.

Schedule
7:00 am – 7:00 pm on a 2‑2‑3 rotation.
