Material Handler - Palletzg Coffee Mate

About the role

The primary responsibility of a Material Handler - Palletzg at Nestlé Cleveland, OH is to manage the loading and unloading of palletized goods into and out of storage areas, ensuring efficient movement and handling of materials.

Responsibilities

• Handle and move heavy materials using forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Unload and load palletized goods into and out of storage areas, docks, and vehicles.
• Ensure all materials are properly labeled and stored according to company guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance safety and operational skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience in material handling or related field preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Strong physical fitness and stamina.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and practices.

Skills
