Material Handler Packer (Friday, Saturday and Sunday 5:55AM - 6:00PM)

Flexcon is a global, family-owned manufacturer of coated and laminated films and adhesives. We supply products for various industries including packaging, medical devices, automotive, durable labeling, and more.

Responsibilities

• Perform various tasks in support of production operations.
• Apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
• Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
• Exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Build productive internal/external working relationships.
• Learn and follow standardized work that has been created within assigned role.
• Promote a safe and quality-driven culture.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn ERP system.
• Read and write written work instructions, have basic math skills, and be able to read a ruler to measure fractions of an inch.
• Prior forklift experience a plus but will train.
• Commitment to a high standard of safety and willingness to comply with all environment and safety regulations, including the Company’s environmental and safety policies and procedures.
• Willingness to report potential environmental and safety improvements to appropriate supervisory and/or management personnel.

Qualifications
