Material Handler - MRO (2nd shift)

Crown Technical Systems, a Flex Company, is a leader in power distribution and protection systems, specializing in sophisticated relay and control panels, medium‑voltage switchgear, and enclosures (power/control buildings/E‑Houses). Responsibilities

• Ensure received materials are staged in the correct area and labeled accordingly.
• Conduct physical inventory and cycle counts, verify quantities, and document and adjust discrepancies within the ERP system.
• Accurately pull and stage material for manufacturing jobs according to bills of materials and work orders.
• Identify material issues to minimize disruptions and ensure stock transfer orders are completed.
• Fulfill urgent material requests as they arise.
• Verify all documentation (stock transfer orders, bills of materials, etc.) is completed accurately.
• Distribute materials to production teams by verifying model numbers and quantities, ensuring alignment with the bill of materials.
• Account for distributed materials in the company ERP system.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or a related field.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑oriented abilities.
• Solid organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with cycle counting, picking and posting, and working with an MRP/ERP system.
• Ability to operate powered equipment, including forklifts and scissor lifts.

Schedule

Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM.
