Material Handler / Inventory Specialist with Security Clearance

Key Responsibilities

• Verify incoming materials against receiving documents, report discrepancies or damage, and route items to proper storage locations.
• Store, stack, palletize, and rearrange materials using prescribed methods, including periodic inventory counts and condition checks.
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for shipment; safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, forklifts, order pickers, cranes, cherry pickers).
• Use warehouse or inventory management systems (including AIT/barcode scanners) to maintain accurate inventory records and locate materials.
• Follow OSHA and site safety protocols while working collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet workload and production goals.

Required Education

• A high school diploma or GED.

Required Experience and Skills

• 3+ years of warehouse operations experience, including physical inventories, barcode scanning (AIT), inventory accuracy, and setting up storage locations.
• Experience identifying materials; familiarity with NAVY Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) preferred.

Security Clearance

• Favorably adjudicated PSI at the T3 level required.
