Receives general direction on new assignment aspects and instructions as to how to perform required tasks and results expected. Duties require manual, clerical, and data entry skills. Job Site- Wilmington, IL Duties And Responsibilities Create reclists for inbound receipts.Maintain the inbound dockmapMaintain the inbound logReview and verify the inventory for receipt discrepancies prior to verifying the reclistReview and verify completed reclistsRespond to location checks over the radioMaintain the BLR folders and Michelin BLR system including block orders, sorts, and treatmentsMaintain all BLR tires physically and systematically including daily/weekly counts, wrapping the tires, etc.Maintain the TNC5 Status ReportCreate movelists for FSAReview and verify movelists for FSAMaintain the FSA productivity reportMaintain the aged tires reportPhysically and systematically reclass tires due to age, requests from Michelin, etc.Interface with carriers and Michelin Customer ServiceCount and reconcile the racks in the warehouseInvestigate the inventory for customer OSD’sInvestigate all overages, shortages, and damages found in the warehouseInvestigate all reason code 1 cutbacksMaintain the Inventory VAS log for BLRs, reclass tires, scrapped tires, etc.Complete weekly empty bin countsFile all verified reclists, unloaders reclists, movelists, and RLOsSchedule Live Unloads with inbound carriersMaintain all locations and products on holdAny other duties assigned by the Site Manager or Quality/IC ManagerThis job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed in this position; they are only the major duties.
