Responsibilities

• Take various materials, parts and assemblies from parts warehouse or other staging locations to their points by use of pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Locate, pull, and provide specified materials and/or items as needed by work cells and assemblers
• Maintain department replenishment systems (Kanban)
• Perform scanning functions in the ERP system for receiving product
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
• Protect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Qualifications

No minimum education required. No prior experience required. Capable of sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods of time.

Preferred qualifications include proven experience as order picker or other warehouse position, experience in handling pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment, ability to read and write in English, ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds, and ability to stand, walk, and sit up.

Additionally, the ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.93 - $25.76/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.

In addition to base pay, a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution are offered (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is also eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
