As a Material Handler, you will be a member of an assigned production crew reporting to the Plant Warehouse Supervisor, contributing to Ball’s success by observing operating principles and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your area. The Golden plant operates in a high‑volume, fast‑paced 24/7‑365 days/year environment, with crews working a 4‑on‑4‑off schedule that rotates between days and nights each month.
