Responsibilities

As a Material Handler, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll work with a team to move, track, and ship materials accurately and safely.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Receive, pick, pack, and ship materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory (cycle counts, stock rotation)
  • Use warehouse systems (WMS) for tracking and reporting
  • Read and follow work instructions and basic blueprints
  • Perform data entry and basic computer tasks
  • Identify and help resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Support multiple areas through cross-training

Hours: Days (6a-6p, 2-2-3 schedule) and Nights (6p-6a, 2-2-3 schedule) with a $2 shift premium.

Requirements

We’re looking for reliable team players who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in accuracy and safety.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with basic material handling equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks)
  • Ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools
  • Basic computer/data entry skills
  • Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials

Work Environment

The work environment is a manufacturing/warehouse setting with exposure to noise, temperature changes, and production materials. You will work near moving equipment (with safety protocols in place) and have shift-based schedules with potential overtime.
