What You'll Do
- Aid daily operations of material flow, including receiving, issuing, and organizing materials to support installation and service schedules.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and drive continuous improvements.
- Monitor material needs for scheduled orders, track real-time progress to delivery targets, and adjust manpower as needed.
- Review and document inventory counts to ensure accuracy within the warehouse.
- Conduct first-level investigations into quality and safety incidents, documenting findings and proposing preventive actions.
- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, pallet jacks, and flatbed carts to transport materials to/from receiving and staging areas; prepare outgoing materials using proper packaging methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 5S protocols and ensuring proper PPE usage.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Managers, Lead Material Handlers, and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
What You'll Bring
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods, up to 12 hours a day.
- Frequently and repetitively lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs., including the ability to carry 50 lbs. up and down stairs.
- Frequently and repetitively bend, lift, and reach to install vehicle parts.
- Stoop, lay, bend, reach, squat, kneel, crouch, twist, and crawl for extended periods.
- Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, or other high structures.
- Find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, and hearing.
- Open to schedule flexibility that will allow for various shifts, including days, nights, or weekends as needed.
