Material Handler - Descramb Coffee Mate

About the role

The primary responsibility of the Material Handler at Nestlé Descramb Coffee Mate is to efficiently manage the flow of materials within the warehouse. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing goods according to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Organize and store materials in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and inventory management.
• Ensure all materials are handled safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare materials for shipment and ensure they are packed correctly and securely.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to material handling and storage.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols is beneficial.
• Experience with material handling equipment such as forklifts is a plus.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills are necessary.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

The Material Handler works a flexible schedule, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed.
