About the role

Responsibilities

• Picking Responsibilities: Using a pallet jack to accurately pick orders, stage products, and process them according to standard operating procedures.
• Quality Control Responsibilities: Verifying products and orders meet quality standards, reporting damages or discrepancies, and following standard operating procedures.
• Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance: Executing safety protocols, maintaining a clean work area, and complying with all standard operating procedures, corporate policies, and safety rules.
• Equipment Operation: Operating and maintaining equipment such as pallet jacks, and reporting any issues.
• Maintenance: Performing or assisting in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications/Licenses: None required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision, and ability to adapt to change.
• Prior Experience: 6 months experience in a warehouse/logistics/distribution environment preferred.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, occasionally bend, stand, walk, and reach.
