About the role

Responsibilities

• Handle unfinished and/or finished product or material to ensure an orderly flow of raw materials and finished goods.
• Communicate with department supervisors, department operators, and production personnel on a daily basis.
• Maintain a well-organized work area that is safely stacked and properly labeled.
• Receive materials and assemble parts into bedding components.
• Absorb other areas of the production area as needed.

Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 lbs.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using computerized equipment.
• Flexibility to work flexible hours and overtime.
• Proficiency in operating machinery.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to read and interpret a tape measure.
• Familiarity with SAP.

Skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to operate machinery.

Pay

$22.02 - 22.75 per hour.

Schedule

1st shift: 6:00am - 14:30pm or depending on business needs.
