About the role

Responsibilities
- Handle unfinished and/or finished product or material to ensure an orderly flow of raw materials and finished goods.
- Communicate with department supervisors, department operators, and production personnel on a daily basis.
- Maintain a well-organized work area that is safely stacked and properly labeled.
- Receive materials and assemble parts into bedding components.
- Absorb other areas of the production area as needed.
Requirements
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 lbs.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using computerized equipment.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours and overtime.
- Proficiency in operating machinery.
Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Ability to read and interpret a tape measure.
- Familiarity with SAP.
Skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
