Material Handler/ Cherry Picker Operator - NEW * Performance Incentive Pay

About the role

The Material Handler position is available in the Distribution Center in Columbus, Ohio. Wasserstrom offers competitive pay rates and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading product shipments from trucks to shipping/receiving platform
• Picking, putting away, and counting product from/to racking in case or pallet quantities
• Utilizing RF scanner and/or pick label to verify item/quantity/location to pick and/or receive
• Operating of multiple pieces of motorized equipment in a safe and proper manner

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• One to two years previous forklift experience preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
