Material Handler

Maintain Operating Cells

• Ensure operating cells have required materials: Raw materials, Packaging, Pallets and Crates, Bulk pack crates, Scrap crates, Gaskets, Collars, Other assembly components

Maintain Storage Areas

• Packout storage area (UNA)
• Component and packaging storage areas
• Manufacturing floor

Production and Transfer

• Wrap and tag all production and transfer to the appropriate location
• Record production completions and inventory transfers with use of DSI units

Assistance with Priorities and Machine Operations

• Auxiliary in establishing priorities in packout
• Change material on machines
• Maintain raw material supply to all machines

Compliance and Documentation

• Follow and comply with 5S guidelines
• Auxiliary in physical inventories
• Inspect forklifts and log information utilizing appropriate forms

Company Culture and Policies

• Comply with all Plastic Trends Employee Conduct and Work Rules
• Comply with all policies contained in the Employee Handbook

Additional Duties

• Perform all other duties as assigned
