Material Handler
Position Overview
The Material Handler is responsible for efficiently and safely moving, storing, and managing materials within the facility. This role ensures that raw materials, components, and finished products are handled safely and accurately to support production and warehouse operations.
Who you are
- A high school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling (preferred)
- Able to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment
- Forklift certification or willing to obtain certification
- Can read, interpret, and follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and can perform basic math calculations
- Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and record-keeping
