All Jobs > Material Handler SHINE Technologies, LLC Apply Material Handler Janesville, WI Apply Job Type Full-time Description SHINE Technologies is seeking a Material Handler – Quality Receiving who will be general shipping, quality receiving, stocking, handling, and distribution of materials at SHINE Technologies. The Material Handler will help maintain an uninterrupted supply of materials by ensuring the warehouse and other storage locations are kept in an organized and accurate state of control. The role of the Material Handler will be general shipping, quality receiving, stocking, handling, and distribution of materials at SHINE Technologies. This position will help maintain an uninterrupted supply of materials by ensuring the warehouse and other storage locations are kept in an organized and accurate state of control. The base salary range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00 per hour plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This position has an anticipated start date of August 2026. Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Facility shipping, receiving, stocking and associated administrative tasksCompletion of warehouse transactions using inventory control software applicationEquipment and Material movement utilizing a Forklift, Pallet Jack, etc.Periodic inventory of warehouse stockSupport manufacturing with kitting and distribution of materialsPerform Quality Receiving Inspections of incoming material in accordance with cGMP and regulatory requirementsEnsure proper documentation is completed to meet quality systems requirementsParticipate in facility safety programsMay be asked to perform various “housekeeping” activities such as keeping work areas and equipment clean, etc.Is knowledgeable and complies with all SHINE safety policies, rules and regulations.Ensure that all team members comply with safety rules and regulations.Maintenance of quality systems and cGMP compliance for the business by ensuring that all team members comply with processes, procedures, and instructions for all activities in which the team participates.All personnel are responsible for notifying responsible management in a timely manner of regulatory inspections, serious GMP deficiencies, product defects and related actions (e.g. quality related complaints, recalls, regulatory actions, etc.).Works on problems of moderate scope. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies in selecting methods and techniques in obtaining solutions and in determining appropriate action. Requirements Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum 2 years warehousing or related supply chain experienceExperience in GMP environment a plusExperience in utilizing warehouse equipment ie) forkliftsWorking knowledge of basic inventory control methodsERP knowledge (e.g. SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 etc.) a plusGood basic computer skillsInteract effectively with staff members from multiple levels and departmentsAbility to work in a team environment and to take directions as well as think independentlyOrganizational skills and attention to detail are a mustAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant’s ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls.
