We are seeking a dynamic manufacturing leader to join our team as a Shift Supervisor to provide operational leadership to our manufacturing associates. This role is responsible for safety, compliance, quality, and production on the shift. The successful candidate will possess a customer-centric focus and a deep desire for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials manually or using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.
- Store materials in designated locations following inventory procedures.
- Tag and label materials in accordance with storage and delivery expectations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production or shipment.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems or manual logs.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
- Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and housekeeping standards.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Document damages of goods for proper reconciliation and communicate shortages or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Operate RF scan gun for receiving, shipping, and inventory movements.
- Drive a continuous improvement culture capable of challenging the status quo and conventional wisdom to help improve the business.
Requirements
- Abide by all company safety policies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer or scanning device skills.
- Forklift certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is an advantage.

Work Environment
The work environment includes industrial settings with varying temperatures, fumes, or airborne particles. The noise level can be moderate but may occasionally be high.
Physical Demands
The role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
