Responsibilities
- Picks the material for transfers, PO’s, and service orders that are released by the Coordinator.
- Complies with Divisional and Plant Safety policies.
- Assigns LP’s for parts picked, labeling LP with part# and attaching to shipping paperwork.
- Loads/unloads transfer orders and PO’s. Service order material placed in Service Rack for pick up.
- Obtains signature for transfers, PO’s and scans PO’s to shipping department to have work closed.
- Completes inventory transactions to receive and issue inventory as required.
- Properly identify and locate all parts according to established procedures.
- Completes equipment maintenance checklist.
Essential Functions

- The ability to operate a forklift is required.
- The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- The ability to write simple correspondence.
- The ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other team members of the organization.
- The ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and convert in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- The ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- The ability to operate inventory and manufacturing software; Microsoft software, D365, and understand the Mobile Device and scanner.
Supervisory Responsibility
This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
- This position is very active - while performing this job the employee is regularly standing walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, balancing, reaching, handling, and climbing all day.
- The employee may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
Work Environment
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee works around moving mechanical parts, heavy equipment, and conveyer roller lines.
- The employee will work in outside weather conditions in all seasons.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
- In addition, the employee may be exposed to dust, fumes, gases, noise, heat, cold, and wet work while performing job duties.
- This position requires Personal Protective Equipment such as work gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs, cut resistant sleeves, and seasonal gear which will be provided.
- Additional items required but not included are steel toed shoes or boots with metatarsal guards.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time hourly position, and hours of work and days are decided by production schedules and your reporting manager.
Pay Rate
$17.00-$17.50 per hour
1st Shift 6:00am-2:30pm
