Responsibilities
- Assist in staging label production orders
- Review all sales orders, run sheets and notes as needed
- Return all stock label materials to designated area
- Moves completed label orders to staging and through to shipping
- Responsible for inventory management: part numbers, balances, reports & physical inventory, cycle counts under the direction of the Assistant Production Manager
- Accurately record shipping & receiving data
- Receive & unpack materials & supplies
- Report damages & discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement & record-keeping purposes
- Operate appropriate machinery which may include tier lift truck, handtruck, forklift, etc. to move, convey, hoist shipments to & from shipping & receiving platforms
- Attend mandatory training on that equipment
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Some experience with shipping, receiving, purchasing, inventory
- Mathematical skills; ability to use the calculator
- Experience with MS Office, Excel & ability to perform specific shipping/receiving exercises in relevant software or ERP system
- Ability to stand regularly & frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds as part of the essential responsibilities of the role

Pay
ProMach offers competitive salaries and potential short-term incentive opportunities. Placement within our salary range is determined based upon years of directly relatable experience for your position.
