Material Handler
About the role
Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is seeking a Material Handler to support their retail store operations. This role is integral to their mission of empowering individuals to achieve self-sufficiency through employment.
Responsibilities
- Aid donors and transportation staff in unloading donations from vehicles or store trucks using rolling carts or dollies.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Perform basic housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness of the store and donation area.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- No formal education required.
- One year of production experience preferred.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk around the store.

Pay and Schedule
The Material Handler position pays $13.00 per hour and operates on a five-day shift from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Sunday, with hours of operation from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
