Responsibilities
- Follow warehouse policies and procedures
- Follow checklists and instructions
- Absorb training instructions and use in decision making
- Maintain accuracy standards with high attention to detail
- Meet high productivity standards
- Work in a team environment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months warehouse experience in an inventory type position
- Able to work 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts
- Able to twist, lift, carry, push, pull products and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand up, walk, bend for entire shift
- Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Experience using technology such as RF scanners and warehouse computers
- Able to organize tasks and follow detailed instructions
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent math skills
- Very organized and able to follow complex work instructions
Skills
- Warehouse experience
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Technology proficiency (RF scanners, warehouse computers)
