Shift: 3rd (8:00 PM – 4:30 AM). Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
About the Role
Supports production needs by setting up, adjusting, and operating bottle handling equipment, labelers, and video jets.
Responsibilities
- Maintains clean work area and equipment.
- Checks bottles for proper code and label during change-overs.
- Monitors the Alpine machine: clears jams and reroutes jugs as needed.
- Maintains jug supply and storage; communicates bottle trailer needs to supervisor.
- Keeps machines running to the bagging machine.
- Operates bagging machine when production is down.
- Communicates with lead person or supervisor when issues arise.
- Assists Maintenance when equipment is down.
- Follows all Safety Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Requirements
- High school diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or international equivalent.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Physical Demands
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
- Frequently required to reach, bend, extend, and lift 50–60 pounds.
- Must be able to push and pull stacks of products weighing up to 200 pounds.
- May require working in cooler rooms with varying temperatures and contact with water or dairy liquids.
- Exposed to noise levels of up to 90 decibels; wet/slippery work conditions.
