Material Handler - 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all material handling needs, primarily picking warehouse parts and delivering them to assembly areas.
• Work closely with production lines to ensure full utilization of people, materials, and equipment to meet customer demand.
• Achieve company standards for Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement (CI), and Productivity.

Requirements

• Material Handler I: 0-2 years of experience, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Material Handler II: 1-3 years' experience, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Material Handler III: 2 to 5 years' experience, previous experience coaching and training other employees.

Qualifications

• Material Handler I: Minimum qualifications including attention to detail, effective communication skills, basic PC knowledge, and ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math functions.
• Material Handler II: Minimum qualifications including attention to detail, strong communication skills, intermediate PC knowledge, ability to identify and resolve intermediate problems, and ability to operate forklifts.
• Material Handler III: Minimum qualifications including strong communication skills, ability to operate forklifts, ability to learn and use problem-solving tools, previous experience coaching and training others, and previous experience leading and forming teams.

• Material Handler I: $19.50/hour + $2.50/hour shift premium = $22.00/hour
