Material Handler - 2nd Shift (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm)

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials in a manner consistent with receiving & safety procedures.
• Inspect and evaluate quality of incoming materials, report findings into computer-based system.
• Locate, store and enter receipt transactions into computer-based system.
• Locate & transfer all finished product from storage to dock for shipping.
• Enter all customer shipments / warehouse transfers into the computer-based tracking system.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the warehouse areas.
• Rotate raw materials.
• Prepare UPS shipments.

Requirements

• Must have High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge of manufacturing environment, preferred.
• Effective verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others in the company.
• Self-directed with a great attitude.
• Able to work off shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
