Monday – Friday, 3:30 pm – 12:00 am
About the role
Responsible for moving materials, supplies, and components to designated areas within the facility. Print and process pick tickets, labels, and shop orders. Pick and pack orders and prepare them for shipment. Organize and wrap skids, load and unload trucks, and receive purchase and manufacturing orders. Maintain accurate counts of parts through cycle counts and location audits.
Responsibilities
- Complete physical inventories, cycle counts, random or receipt audits, and reconciliations.
- Fulfill pull tickets and deliver parts to the proper location in a timely manner.
- Operate and load/unload trucks.
- Identify, label parts, and verify quantities to be shipped.
- Work independently and use a counting scale.
- Follow up on pull tickets and learn general knowledge of part quantification and locations.
- Read manufacturing orders (MOs) to obtain correct product type and quantity.
- Inform supervisor of any operational or quality issues.
- Maintain a clean workstation and facility; wear proper PPE and conform to all safety rules.
Qualifications
- Shipping and receiving experience.
- Inventory experience, including cycle counting.
- Previous lift truck experience with OSHA certification preferred.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 40 lbs.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Handheld power tool experience.
Software Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite required.
