Material Estimator

Primary Responsibilities

• Read & interpret architectural plans.
• Create material lists that follow company standards & expectations.
• Organize material lists and be able to communicate info to data entry.
• Review new house orders and determine if additional info is required to create accurate material lists.
• Work with Production Design Engineers to ensure complete material requirements are being supplied.
• Learn to identify various Toll Brothers, Inc product lines and understand how they differ and how they are the same.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in related job function or field.
• A high school degree preferred, or equivalent experience may be considered.
