Responsibilities

• Ensure all Equipment Accounts at Laughlin AFB established accountability for ERRCD NF/ND items for authorized/in use details records to include equipment Small Arms and Light Weapons (SA/LW) and Communication Security/Controlled Cryptographic items (COMSEC/CCI).
• Supply Equipment representatives will utilize ILS-S and DPAS to review authorizations, turn-ins, due-outs and changes concerning all equipment items during allowance standard reviews.
• Generate Inventories in ELMS (CIR {Custodian Inventory Report} and CAR {Custodian Authorization
