Material Coordinator (SCA)
Schedule
This position provides coverage from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., seven days per week. Employees will be assigned a 40-hour weekly schedule and must be available to work any shift within this coverage window to ensure full operational support.
Description
This position performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Anticipates problems and works to proactively mitigate them.
- Reports to Site Lead (Quality Manager for advisement).
- The work generally involves individual case problems or supply actions.
- Ensures product shipped to/from the site meet all applicable 14 CFR Part 121/145 requirements.
- Inspects the in-bound/out-bound material for damage and proper documentation.
- Packages out-bound shipments by using best commercial practices.
- Inspects OEM or FAA Form 8130-3 / certificate of conformance documentation for originality and serial number.
- Manage and control Government property and materials in IMOPS.
- Package materials for transportation, including HAZMAT materials IAW PWS requirements.
- Establish initial material control records in IMOPS.
- Requisition new or refurbished/repair assets through IMOPS.
- All other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need to Be Successful in This Role
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a warehouse environment is required.
- The ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) and a Secret Clearance is required.
- US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.

- The anticipated pay rate for this position is $26.06 per hour.
