Responsibilities
- Orchestrate end-to-end Material Approval Process (MAP) workflows via Veeva PromoMats to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of commercial assets.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and negotiation sessions among Marketing, Medical, and Legal teams to drive consensus and maintain campaign momentum.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines and promotional inventory tracking to optimize resource allocation and asset deployment.
- Deliver transparent status reporting, meeting agendas, and schedule management to maximize cross-departmental efficiency and stakeholder visibility.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of direct experience driving pharmaceutical or medical materials routing through dedicated MAP/AdPromo/MLR review processes.
- Proven technical expertise navigating Veeva PromoMats or equivalent electronic workflow management platforms.
- Demonstrated track record in end-to-end project management, neutral facilitation, and multi-project prioritization under dynamic deadlines.
- Strong collaborative communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and commercial print/fulfillment workflows.
