R&D Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology
Experience: 01 to 02 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct product development and reformulation activities for existing and new food products.
• Perform laboratory trials, pilot-scale trials, and support commercial production trials.
• Develop product specifications, formulation sheets, and technical documentation.
• Conduct sensory evaluation and product benchmarking against market competitors.
• Perform routine quality control testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Monitor product quality, investigate quality issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain laboratory records, sample inventory, and testing reports.
• Support customer projects, audits, certifications, and technical queries as required.

Skills

• Experience in condiments and sauces will be an added advantage.
• Sound understanding of food ingredients, food processing, quality control, and food safety systems.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, BRCGS, and relevant food regulations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Maintenance Engineer

Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in FMCG/Food/Pharma (preferred) or Manufacturing/Process Industry

Technical Proficiency

• Electromechanical systems
• Compressed air systems
• Pumps, impellers, and mechanical seals
• Industrial gear systems
• CAD drawings and P&IDs

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.
• Develop maintenance plans, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Lead maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Manage equipment records, BOQs, and material planning.
• Optimize maintenance costs and improve equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with Production to maximize plant uptime.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and engineering standards.
• Interpret CAD drawings and P&IDs.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
